The Process of on Screen Talent
There are two possible routes in the process of hiring on screen talent. We can go with hiring someone from your organization who would memorize lines off a script, read off a teleprompter, or do an interview style shoot. During the interview style shoot we sit them down and have a normal conversation with them and use their responses. This sometimes gives the on screen talent more relaxed responses. The other way we can do it is hire an external professional voice talent. On camera spokespeople give a face to the brand or product. It gives a friendly face instead of a distant voice-over.
